GorillaMOGUL™
A major feature of GorillaMedia® is the media scheduling package GorillaMogul™ which is included in GorillaMedia as standard, but can be purchased as a separate stand alone application. Take control of each and every computer’s screen saver function and use it as a broadcast tool to deliver your media messages and images in real-time through the internet.
Broadcast video’s, flash movies, animated and static web pages in advertising loops, interspersed with timed interludes such as LIVE News feeds on the hour for 10 minutes and Live weather feeds on the half hour.
Create media assets and assign them to a full by-the-quarter hour 7 day media program schedule using Gorilla Mogul Manager (sold separately) from the comfort of your desktop. Deliver content schedules individually to machines or block on mass to large estates with the click of a button.
Each media asset or advert can host a free (walled garden) browse session related the asset. e.g. if the asset is a picture of a car “for sale”, clicking the mouse on the screen would reveal contact details of the owner and might be more information about the vehicle. If not action is taken the program would resume as scheduled.
Due to security protection policy GorillaMedia is supplied as an installation service not a software download; also further technical literature on GorillaMedia is not in publication.
GorillaMogul is available as a separate install package. Purchase a license we will send you the download location.
For single machines, we will require loan of the machine delivered to dve for 24 hours, a core Windows XP build will be created complete with drivers for that machine. Following installation of GM the machine will be locked and returned with unique encrypted passwords. From this moment on the operating system will be secure, password protection will allow it to be unlocked to load additional software which can then be added and relocked by an administrator with password privileges.
For corporate environments or multi-machine deployments where the same hardware build of machine has been used we will require only a single machine to create a MASTER INSTALL DISK. This master install disk can then be used to install GM across the estate. The master image can also be loaded onto a server for PXE LAN boot installations. Each machine will be completely formatted which includes the creation of new partitions, so no history will be left on the hard drive and all programs previously installed will be lost.
To save time on install for corporate clients only we can include most licensed software bundles in the core master build to be loaded with the operating system. It is possible to “unlock” individual machines and load new software packages then to “relock” following installation.
